World Alerts provides access to real-time global risk alerts, including geopolitical, environmental, security, cyber, and other critical events, as well as:

  • Country risk indicators
  • Custom alert systems
  • Intelligence scoring and analytics

Some features are free, while others require a paid subscription.

As we are currently in beta, features, data sources, and performance may evolve over time.

4. User Obligations

Users agree to use the Service responsibly and shall not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
  • Upload or distribute content that is defamatory, offensive, or abusive.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, servers, or data.
  • Introduce malware, bots, scrapers, or harmful automated tools.
  • Copy, resell, reproduce, or exploit the platform, algorithms, or content without written authorization.
  • Use World Alerts to manipulate public information or generate misinformation.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All elements of the Service—including software, design, data, maps, alerts, analytics, brand elements, and content—are the property of Carlota Escolano Monreal, trading as World Alerts, or its licensors.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service.

Reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or commercial use of any content is prohibited without explicit written permission.

6. Plans, Payments & Subscriptions

Paid features require an active subscription processed securely via Stripe.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Users may manage or cancel their plan in their account settings.
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
  • A 10-day free trial may be offered on select plans.

Prices may change, and any modification will be communicated in advance.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may integrate or link to third-party services such as Stripe, analytics providers, or external information sources.

World Alerts is not responsible for the policies, actions, or content of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties—express or implied—regarding:

  • uninterrupted service
  • absolute accuracy of event data
  • error-free performance
  • suitability for specific user needs
  • compatibility with all devices or browsers

While we strive for accuracy, global event data may be incomplete, delayed, or subject to verification.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carlota Escolano Monreal (trading as World Alerts) shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • loss of profits, business, opportunities, or data
  • inaccuracies in third-party information sources
  • interruptions or failures in the Service

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Madrid, Spain.
